Report something that looks wrong

Public records disagree with each other, go stale, and are sometimes matched to the wrong parcel. If a value looks wrong, we would rather withdraw it than defend it.

What to include

  • The record and the exact field in question.
  • What the correct value is, if you know it.
  • The source you are relying on, with a link or document reference where possible.

What happens next

Reports enter the human review queue. Until a reviewer resolves the conflict, the disputed field is shown as conflicting or unverified rather than being silently replaced. Dependent estimates and scores are suppressed while the underlying fact is in dispute.
